Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz crab
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 lemon wedges

Instructions

  • Mix everything together
  • Form mixture into 2 small patties
  • Place in a parchment paper lined baking dish
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
  • Top with juice from lemon wedges
