Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp flax meal
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 dropperful SweetLeaf vanilla crème stevia
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Melt coconut oil in mug
  • Stir in egg, stevia, and lemon juice
  • Add in flax meal, coconut flour, and baking powder
  • Stir in chia seeds
  • Microwave for 90 seconds or bake at 350 for 15 minutes
