Ingredients
- 1.5 cup frozen chopped kale
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- additional seasoning, if desired
- pink salt, to taste
Instructions
- Season kale with spices
- Steam seasoned kale
- Heat 2 tablespoons water in skillet over medium-high heat
- Place steamed kale in skillet
- Season eggs and whisk together in bowl
- Pour eggs over kale
- Place lid on skillet and cook until eggs are cooked through
- Slide off skillet and onto plate
- Sprinkle with pink salt
