Ingredients
- 4 cups green cabbage chopped / sliced
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 carrot grated
- 2 jalapeno ring slices chopped
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Melt butter and coconut oil in skillet over medium-high heat
- Add onion, cabbage, carrot, and jalapeno
- Cover with lid and cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies are soft
- Stir in curry, cumin, and turmeric and cook another couple minutes
- Transfer to bowl and stir in lemon juice
