Ingredients

  • 4 cups green cabbage chopped / sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 2 jalapeno ring slices chopped
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Melt butter and coconut oil in skillet over medium-high heat
  • Add onion, cabbage, carrot, and jalapeno
  • Cover with lid and cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies are soft
  • Stir in curry, cumin, and turmeric and cook another couple minutes
  • Transfer to bowl and stir in lemon juice
