Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup flax meal
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • stevia to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat waffle iron
  • Combine all ingredients together with fork, whisk, or in Magic Bullet
  • Pour into waffle iron
  • Cook for 4 minutes

* Can add cocoa powder, fruit, shredded coconut, etc. for waffle variations
