Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1.5 cups unsweetened coconut toasted
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/8 tsp pink salt
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 dropperful SweetLeaf vanilla crème stevia

Instructions

  • Toast coconut at 350 degrees for 5-8 minutes
  • Combine all ingredients in food processor
  • Process 10-15 minutes, scraping down sides as needed, until smooth and creamy
  • Transfer to glass jar or Tupperware container for storage
