Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1.5 cups unsweetened coconut toasted
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/8 tsp pink salt
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 dropperful SweetLeaf vanilla crème stevia
Instructions
- Toast coconut at 350 degrees for 5-8 minutes
- Combine all ingredients in food processor
- Process 10-15 minutes, scraping down sides as needed, until smooth and creamy
- Transfer to glass jar or Tupperware container for storage
