Ingredients

  • 16 oz sliced thin cucumbers 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 tsp pink salt
  • 1/2 cup Braggs apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Mix vinegar, dill, pink salt and garlic powder together
  • Pour over sliced cucumbers in Tupperware or glass container
  • Stir well
  • Place lid on container
  • Sit in refrigerator upside down for a few hours (or overnight)
