  • 750 ml Ciroc vodka or other hard liquor of choice
  • 2 cups chopped fruit of choice lemons, blueberries, strawberries, cherries,
    pineapple, raspberries, limes, jalapenos, etc.
  • additional add-ins of choice, if desired citrus peels, minced ginger, fresh herbs, split
    vanilla beans, whole cloves, whole star anise, whole cinnamon sticks, peppercorns, etc.
  • stevia to taste


  • Place chopped fruit, and any additional add-ins desired, into 1- 1 1/2 quart mason jar
  • Pour vodka into jar
  • Screw lid onto jar
  • Sit in undisturbed dark place on the kitchen counter at least 3-14 days (The longer the better)
  • Separate fruit from vodka by straining into a large Pyrex measuring cup with pour spout (Line strainer with cheesecloth first if there is a lot of sediment at bottom of mason jar from fruit/add-ins)
  • Add stevia, to taste
  • Pour back into liquor bottle
  • Store in freezer
