Ingredients

- 3 tbsp egg whites
- 1 tsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk or other milk of choice or water
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, optional adds 10 more calories for chocolate waffle
- 1 tsp cinnamon, optional
- stevia or vanilla crème stevia, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat waffle iron
- Stir all ingredients together in bowl/container with a pour spout
- Pour into waffle iron
- Cook for 4 minutes
