Ingredients

  • 1 Paleo English Muffin
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 mozzarella string cheese, peeled or 1 oz fresh mozzarella
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • pinch of pink salt
  • (optional) additional toppings: veggies, meats, etc.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees or turn on toaster oven
  • Place Paleo English Muffin in halve face up on baking sheet
  • Mix tomato sauce with spices
  • Spread 1 tablespoon tomato sauce on each muffin half
  • Sprinkle cheese equally on each muffin half
  • Heat until cheese is melted
