Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs halved
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  • Scoop egg yolks into a bowl and set egg whites aside
  • Mash yolks, yogurt, vinegar, dill, mustard, garlic powder, pepper and salt
  • Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve
