Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs halved
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
Instructions
- Scoop egg yolks into a bowl and set egg whites aside
- Mash yolks, yogurt, vinegar, dill, mustard, garlic powder, pepper and salt
- Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites
- Refrigerate until ready to serve
