Ingredients

  • 2 roasted red peppers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 oz chevre goat cheese
  • 1 tsp pink salt
  • 4 servings Zoodles Zucchini Noodles
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients (except the zoodles) in blender or food processor and blend until smooth
  • Heat coconut oil in skillet over med-high heat and cook Zoodles until tender
  • Stir sauce into Zoodles (Zucchini Noodles)
