Creamy Cilantro Dressing

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro packed cup
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt more to taste


  • Combine all ingredients in blender and blend for 30 seconds., until smooth. Taste and adjust the salt and lime to your liking.
  • Transfer the dressing into an airtight container and refrigerate until needed. Remove from refrigerator 20 minutes before serving for creamier consistency.
