Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/2 cup bell peppers
- 1/2 cup broccoli
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1/4 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1 tbsp jalapeno peppers
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- pink salt, to taste
- 1 tsp Chef Paul Prudhomme's Vegetable Magic Seasoning
Instructions
- Chop all veggies into bite sized pieces
- Season with vegetable magic seasoning and pink salt
- Sauté veggies and chicken in coconut oil until cooked through
- Stir in cream cheese
