Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1 tbsp jalapeno peppers
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • pink salt, to taste
  • 1 tsp Chef Paul Prudhomme's Vegetable Magic Seasoning

Instructions

  • Chop all veggies into bite sized pieces
  • Season with vegetable magic seasoning and pink salt
  • Sauté veggies and chicken in coconut oil until cooked through
  • Stir in cream cheese
