Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets steamed
- 12.5 oz Premium Chunk White Chicken in water 1 can
- 2 small tomatoes chopped
- 2 tsp Simple Girl BBQ Seasoning
- 2 tbsp coconut cream canned
- 6 cups riced cauliflower
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Steam cauliflower in water over medium-high heat
- Drain then return saucepan to stovetop
- Stir in butter, broccoli, chicken, tomatoes, BBQ seasoning, and coconut cream then cover with lid
- In small skillet, melt coconut oil
- Scramble eggs and cook in skillet
- Stir eggs into saucepan
