Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt
  • 2 cloves minced garlic

Instructions

  • Line baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Whip eggs in a large bowl with yogurt and salt
  • Add coconut flour and whip until smooth
  • Stir in onion powder, oregano, basil, garlic, and parmesan cheese
  • Gently pour about 1/2 the batter onto paper lined pan
  • Use spatula to spread the batter into a thin 8″ circle
  • Bake for 10 minutes
  • Remove pan from oven, add pizza sauce, cheese and other toppings as desired
  • Place back in the oven on broil for about 8 minutes more
  • Repeat this process with the remaining half of the coconut flour batter
