Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp pink salt
- 2 cloves minced garlic
Instructions
- Line baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Whip eggs in a large bowl with yogurt and salt
- Add coconut flour and whip until smooth
- Stir in onion powder, oregano, basil, garlic, and parmesan cheese
- Gently pour about 1/2 the batter onto paper lined pan
- Use spatula to spread the batter into a thin 8″ circle
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Remove pan from oven, add pizza sauce, cheese and other toppings as desired
- Place back in the oven on broil for about 8 minutes more
- Repeat this process with the remaining half of the coconut flour batter
