Ingredients

  • 4 scoops protein powder of choice Stevia sweetened
  • 1 cup liquid egg whites
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese whipped
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or more if needed
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Stevia, if desired

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Line muffin tin with liners
  • Combine all ingredients in blender/food processor or mix stir together in bowl
  • Pour into muffin tin
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center of muffin
  • Remove and allow to cool (will deflated some as cooling)
