Ingredients
- 4 scoops protein powder of choice Stevia sweetened
- 1 cup liquid egg whites
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese whipped
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or more if needed
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Stevia, if desired
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line muffin tin with liners
- Combine all ingredients in blender/food processor or mix stir together in bowl
- Pour into muffin tin
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center of muffin
- Remove and allow to cool (will deflated some as cooling)
