Ingredients
- 1/2 grapefruit
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2-1 dropperful Stevia
Instructions
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat
- Cut bottom off of grapefruit half (about 1/2")
- Peel remaining grapefruit and cut into sections
- Brown all sides of individual grapefruit sections, transferring to plate once browned
- Squeeze juice from bottom of grapefruit into skillet with water, stevia, and cinnamon
- Simmer liquid, stirring as needed, until sauce consistency is reached
- Spoon sauce over caramelized grapefruit sections
- Serve warm or chilled
