Ingredients
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder plus a tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 15 drops Stevia
- pinch pumpkin pie spice optional
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
Instructions
- Melt coconut oil
- Stir in cocoa powder and Stevia
- Fill just the very bottoms of 10 mini cupcake liners, reserving the rest
- Freeze 8-10 minutes
- Meanwhile, combine all other ingredients and stir to form a paste
- Take liners from freezer and top each with 1 teaspoon filling
- Cover with more chocolate, and freeze until solid (You will have leftover chocolate mixture)
