Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp Stevia extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • optional toppings: unsweetened coconut flakes, raw cacao nibs, raisins, etc.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line muffin pan with liners
  • Place all ingredients into food processor
  • Blend until well mixed
  • Pour batter into muffin pan
  • Add additional toppings of your choice to each muffin and lightly stir into each cup (if desired)
  • Bake for 15 minutes
