Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp Stevia extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- optional toppings: unsweetened coconut flakes, raw cacao nibs, raisins, etc.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line muffin pan with liners
- Place all ingredients into food processor
- Blend until well mixed
- Pour batter into muffin pan
- Add additional toppings of your choice to each muffin and lightly stir into each cup (if desired)
- Bake for 15 minutes
