Ingredients
- 4 bananas ripe
- 2 cups coconut flour
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa / cacao powder
- SweetLeaf chocolate stevia to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Blend bananas, coconut flour, 1 tbsp coconut oil, and 1 tbsp cocoa / cacao powder in food processor / blender
- Add stevia, to taste
- Spoon mixture evenly into greased mini cupcake tin
- Bake for 25 minutes
- While cooling, combine remaining 1 T coconut oil, 1 T cacao/cocoa powder, and 10-15 drops chocolate stevia
- Drizzle chocolate mixture over cookies then place in refrigerator for chocolate to harden
