Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Blend bananas, coconut flour, 1 tbsp coconut oil, and 1 tbsp cocoa / cacao powder in food processor / blender
Add stevia, to taste
Spoon mixture evenly into greased mini cupcake tin
Bake for 25 minutes
While cooling, combine remaining 1 T coconut oil, 1 T cacao/cocoa powder, and 10-15 drops chocolate stevia
Drizzle chocolate mixture over cookies then place in refrigerator for chocolate to harden
