Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder Hershey's Special Dark
- Stevia, to taste
Instructions
- Cut banana into 16 slices, no more than 1 cm thick each
- Place each banana slice into a candy cup, mini muffin tin, orsilicone mini muffin mold
- Melt coconut oil
- Stir in cocoa powder and stevia
- Pour chocolate mixture over banana slices
- Place into freezer for at least 1 hour (store in freezer)
