Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 packets stevia or liquid stevia
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 10-12 drops chocolate stevia
  • 1/4 cup Lily's Baking Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Sift together the dry ingredients
  • Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until very smooth
  • Grease a small bread pan and fill with batter
  • Sprinkle Lily's baking chips on top
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
