Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 packets stevia or liquid stevia
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 10-12 drops chocolate stevia
- 1/4 cup Lily's Baking Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Sift together the dry ingredients
- Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until very smooth
- Grease a small bread pan and fill with batter
- Sprinkle Lily's baking chips on top
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
