Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast cooked, shredded
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 medium sweet yellow onion diced
  • 3 - 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 carrots peeled and sliced
  • 1 head green cabbage, medium size shredded
  • 1 tbsp dried ginger
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp pink salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 8 celery ribs chopped

Instructions

  • Turn crockpot on high
  • Add broth and spices, stirring well
  • Add all other ingredients
  • Cook for about 4 hours (or 6 hours on low), stirring occasionally
