Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast cooked, shredded
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 medium sweet yellow onion diced
- 3 - 4 cloves garlic minced
- 4 carrots peeled and sliced
- 1 head green cabbage, medium size shredded
- 1 tbsp dried ginger
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp pink salt
- pepper to taste
- 8 celery ribs chopped
Instructions
- Turn crockpot on high
- Add broth and spices, stirring well
- Add all other ingredients
- Cook for about 4 hours (or 6 hours on low), stirring occasionally
