- 4 oz red peppers thickly chopped
- 4 oz green peppers thinly chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp taco seasoning
Instructions
- Heat water in skillet over medium-high heat
- Cook chicken until fully cooked
- Add peppers, cover, and cook until tender
- Drain most of the water and add in taco seasoning
- Stir and cook for another minute
