Ingredients
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 8 cups water or chick stock
- 1 minced onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 head cabbage chopped
- 8 oz tomato paste
- 12.5 oz chicken breast 1 can
Instructions
- Melt coconut oil in large saucepan
- Cook onion and garlic until translucent
- Add remaining ingredients
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce to simmer for 15-30 minutes
