  • 6 oz chicken breast cut into strips
  • 1/2 small head of cabbage sliced thin
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Red Boat fish sauce
  • 4 drops stevia
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes optional


  • In small bowl, combine coconut aminos, fish sauce, and stevia
  • Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat
  • Add chicken and cook until cooked through
  • Remove chicken from pan and set aside on paper towel lined plate
  • Add ginger to skillet and cook about 20 seconds
  • Add broccoli and cabbage and stir fry 3-5 minutes, until slightly wilted
  • Add garlic and chili flakes, if desired, and cook another minute
  • Add chicken back to skillet with veggies
  • Stir liquid ingredients into skillet
  • Turn heat to high and allow liquid to reduce for a couple minute
  • Transfer to plate
  • Garnish with sesame seeds
