Ingredients
- 4 oz raw organic cacao paste wafers
- 1/4 cup coconut butter (manna)
- 2 oz pecan halves broken into pieces by hand
- 1.5 oz unsweetened coconut flakes
- 6 oz pitted cherries (about 20 minutes) chopped into small pieces
Instructions
- Melt cacao paste wafers & coconut butter together
- Put a small amount of cacao/coconut butter mixture in the bottom of 8 silicone muffin cups (just enough to barely cover the bottom)
- Pour all other ingredients into remaining cacao/coconut butter mixture and stir well
- Spoon mixture into muffin cups
- Place in freezer for at least 30 minutes
