  • 2 cups Prince Edward medley frozen green beans, yellow beans, carrots
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp Braggs nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream canned
  • 1 tbsp minced onion flakes
  • 1 - 2 cloves minced garlic
  • additional spices of choice to taste


  • Steam veggies in water in large skillet
  • Stir in garlic, onion flakes, and spices and cook until garlic begins to brown
  • Stir in butter, coconut cream, and nutritional yeast until veggies are covered
  • Simmer until liquid boils down and sauce desired sauce consistence is reached
