Ingredients
- 2 cups Prince Edward medley frozen green beans, yellow beans, carrots
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp Braggs nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp coconut cream canned
- 1 tbsp minced onion flakes
- 1 - 2 cloves minced garlic
- additional spices of choice to taste
Instructions
- Steam veggies in water in large skillet
- Stir in garlic, onion flakes, and spices and cook until garlic begins to brown
- Stir in butter, coconut cream, and nutritional yeast until veggies are covered
- Simmer until liquid boils down and sauce desired sauce consistence is reached
