Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup filtered water
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • pink salt and pepper, to taste
  • additional flavor options: tomato paste, herbs, sundried tomatoes, olives, etc.

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients high speed blender
  • Blend until thick and creamy
  • Add additional flavor options, if desired
  • Store in refrigerator 5-7 days (will further harden after it's been chilled)
