Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup filtered water
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- pink salt and pepper, to taste
- additional flavor options: tomato paste, herbs, sundried tomatoes, olives, etc.
Instructions
- Add all ingredients high speed blender
- Blend until thick and creamy
- Add additional flavor options, if desired
- Store in refrigerator 5-7 days (will further harden after it's been chilled)
