  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 dropperful SweetLeaf stevia or hazelnut/english toffee/vanilla crème/chocolate


  • Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or other container with lid
  • Stir or shake well until mixed together
  • Place lid on jar
  • Refrigerate for 6 or more hours
  • Stir and add toppings, if desired (nuts, fruits, unsweetened coconut, cacao nibs, etc)
  • May be stored in fridge for up to 5 days
