Ingredients
- 6 oz cooked shrimp
- 8 oz bell peppers 2 small, cut into 4-6 slices
- 4 oz chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp McCormick Cajun Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- pink salt, to taste
Instructions
- Heat water in skillet over medium-high heat
- Add 4 oz chopped peppers and cook until softened
- Stir in onion powder and Cajun seasoning and cook until water is reduced
- Cut shrimp into bite sized pieces and stir into cooked peppers
- Arrange pepper slices on plate and scoop shrimp mixture into each slice
- Sprinkle with pink salt
