- 8 oz bell peppers 2 small, cut into 4-6 slices
- 4 oz chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp McCormick Cajun Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- pink salt, to taste

Heat water in skillet over medium-high heat
Add 4 oz chopped peppers and cook until softened
Stir in onion powder and Cajun seasoning and cook until water is reduced
Cut shrimp into bite sized pieces and stir into cooked peppers
Arrange pepper slices on plate and scoop shrimp mixture into each slice
Sprinkle with pink salt
