Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 tsp pink salt
  • 2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 cup riced cauliflower

Instructions

  • Place meat into crockpot
  • Stir in cabbage until well combined
  • Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, cauliflower, spices, and water
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours (or low 6-8 hours)
