Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 tbsp dried minced onion
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 2 tomatoes diced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 6 cups water
- 1 tsp pink salt
- 2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 cup riced cauliflower
Instructions
- Place meat into crockpot
- Stir in cabbage until well combined
- Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, cauliflower, spices, and water
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours (or low 6-8 hours)
