Ingredients

  • 4 oz ground elk
  • 8 oz mushrooms quartered
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Simple Girl Carolina Style BBQ Sauce
  • pink salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Heat water in skillet over medium-high heat
  • Add ground elk, mushrooms, and garlic
  • Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until meat is fully cooked
  • Drain water
  • Stir in onion powder, BBQ sauce, and pink salt
