- 8 oz mushrooms quartered
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp Simple Girl Carolina Style BBQ Sauce
- pink salt, to taste
Instructions
- Heat water in skillet over medium-high heat
- Add ground elk, mushrooms, and garlic
- Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until meat is fully cooked
- Drain water
- Stir in onion powder, BBQ sauce, and pink salt
