  • 12 oz chopped pears D'Anjou
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar Simple Girl balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pink salt


  • Toss pears with vinegar
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt
  • Divide into two ramekins, including the vinegar in the bottom of the bowl
  • Cover with plastic wrap, microwave for 2 minutes
  • Enjoy! The vinegar at the bottom with the cinnamon is great, too – give it a try!

** You could probably prepare this in a fry pan for a true "glaze."
