Ingredients

  • 6 oz Alaska pink salmon canned salmon
  • 1/2 small onion diced
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1.5 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Combine salmon, egg, onion, butter, and pepper in bowl with hands
  • Form into 4 patties and place on parchment-lined baking sheet
  • Bake for 10 minutes, turning once, or until golden brown on both sides

2 patties per serving
