Ingredients
- 1 apple sliced thin
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 12 drops SweetLeaf English Toffee Stevia
- pink salt, to taste
Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in skillet over medium-high heat
- Add apples and 1/4 cup water to skillet, cover, and cook (stirring occasionally) until soft
- Stir in Stevia, almond butter, and remaining water
- Continue cooking until liquid reduced and becomes thicker
- Transfer to plate or bowl and top with pink salt
