Ingredients
- 3.5 oz chicken
- 1 apple
- 8 oz cucumber
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp pink salt
- splash of Bragg's liquid Aminos
- splash of Frank's hot sauce
Instructions
- Grind raw chicken breast with garlic, onion powder, pink salt, liquid Aminos, and hot sauce
- Shape into thin patties and pan brown until cooked through
- Sliced into narrow strips
- Slice cucumbers lengthwise
- Seed cucumber and weigh
- Thin slice some of apple (You'll have extra to enjoy on the side with cinnamon)
- Stuff de-seeded part of cucumber with chicken and apple slices
