Ingredients

  • 7 oz lean angus beef
  • 5 oz grape tomatoes
  • 5 oz zucchini
  • 5 oz green peppers
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 - 2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • pink salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Brown beef in skillet over medium-high heat
  • Chop all veggies into bite sized pieces and add to skillet
  • Stir in water and spices and cook until tender
  • Remove from heat and stir in salsa
