Ingredients
- 7 oz lean angus beef
- 5 oz grape tomatoes
- 5 oz zucchini
- 5 oz green peppers
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 - 2 cup water
- 2 tbsp salsa
- pink salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Brown beef in skillet over medium-high heat
- Chop all veggies into bite sized pieces and add to skillet
- Stir in water and spices and cook until tender
- Remove from heat and stir in salsa
