Ingredients
- 6 oz chicken breast cut into strips
- 1/2 small head of cabbage sliced thin
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp Red Boat fish sauce
- 4 drops stevia
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes optional
Instructions
- In small bowl, combine coconut aminos, fish sauce, and stevia
- Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat
- Add chicken and cook until cooked through
- Remove chicken from pan and set aside on paper towel lined plate
- Add ginger to skillet and cook about 20 seconds
- Add broccoli and cabbage and stir fry 3-5 minutes, until slightly wilted
- Add garlic and chili flakes, if desired, and cook another minute
- Add chicken back to skillet with veggies
- Stir liquid ingredients into skillet
- Turn heat to high and allow liquid to reduce for a couple minute
- Transfer to plate
- Garnish with sesame seeds
