Ingredients
- 8 oz lump crab meat rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 2 tbsp almond flour may sub 2 tbsp additional flax meal instead
- 1.5 tbsp plain greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp Homemade Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp pink salt
- 1/2 - 1 tsp liquid coconut aminos optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- In small mixing bowl, combine crab, flax meal, almond flour, yogurt, and egg with hands
- Add spices and mix again
- Roll mixture into 16 - 1" inch diameter balls (about 1 rounded tablespoon each)
- Bake for 25 minutes until browned on the outside
Excellent served with Spicy Mustard Aioli
