- 8 oz lump crab meat rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 2 tbsp almond flour may sub 2 tbsp additional flax meal instead
- 1.5 tbsp plain greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp Homemade Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp pink salt
- 1/2 - 1 tsp liquid coconut aminos optional

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Line baking sheet with parchment paper
In small mixing bowl, combine crab, flax meal, almond flour, yogurt, and egg with hands
Add spices and mix again
Roll mixture into 16 - 1" inch diameter balls (about 1 rounded tablespoon each)
Bake for 25 minutes until browned on the outside
Excellent served with Spicy Mustard Aioli
