- 2 hearts of palm
- 8 radishes
- 6 heirloom grape tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded red cabbage
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- pink salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Chop all veggies into bite sized pieces and place in bowl
- Stir in mustard and spices until well combined
