Ingredients

  • 2 cups flax meal
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 3 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 4 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 10 whole almonds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In large bowl, mix all ingredients together except whole almonds
  • Spread mixture evenly onto baking sheet
  • Place one pecan in center of where each bar will be cut after baking

  • Bake 45-60 minutes (or until golden brown)
  • Let cool and cut into 10 bars
