Ingredients
- 2 roasted red peppers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 oz chevre goat cheese
- 1 tsp pink salt
- 4 servings Zoodles Zucchini Noodles
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Place all ingredients (except the zoodles) in blender or food processor and blend until smooth
- Heat coconut oil in skillet over med-high heat and cook Zoodles until tender
- Stir sauce into Zoodles (Zucchini Noodles)
